So today we're giving credit where it's due. Charlize Theron may not be a lesbian but she is on our side stating in You Magazine,"Marriage is not for me. Until it's equal for everybody, I don't want to be a part of it. I grew up during apartheid and this feels similar."
From all the public knowledge we can possibly find on the internet, Theron is straight and although this does seem like a trend in Hollywood [to say that you won't get married until it's legal for everyone], she actually seems to hold on to this vow.
